The Head Teacher of the Pre-Prep School, Hilary Nawrocka, invites applications for the full time post of Nursery Room Leader, which becomes available from May 2019.
We are seeking to appoint a person who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and a good communicator, to encourage, support, guide and give practical help to the process of learning within our Pre-Prep School.
This role will involve working primarily with children aged two and three years old, and therefore experience working with this age group is essential.
A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years Childcare and GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at grade C or above is also required.
We are looking for someone with a warm and welcoming smile, who is able to inspire the children and make every child feel special. The ability to join in with the children no matter how silly the task and have fun and laughter in the workplace is also important.
This role is full-time working 42.5 hours per week, usually 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, for 35 weeks per year (term time only plus one additional week). Attendance is required at three INSET days throughout the year, prior to the beginning of each term.
The salary is £17,843 per annum, inclusive of 4.2 weeks paid holiday.
