RMF Construction Training Academy, recently shortlisted for a TesAward, offers a range of accredited courses geared at equipping candidates with the necessary qualifications to enable them to work in the Construction and Rail Industry, as well as providing candidates with transferable qualifications which are desired across both sectors. 

More specifically, RMF Training Academy is looking to expand on its current successes by recruiting NVQ Rail Assessors to work within colleges and Her Majesty's Prison to deliver an NVQ Level 2 in railway engineering qualification. 

In this, you will be working for an equal opportunities employer where your training is often a prerequisite to paid employment and as such there will be a tangible outcome to your work - you can literally change peoples life! 

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have;

• Previous experience of working within the construction industry 

• Relevant teaching qualification I.E. PTTLS, Level 3 Award in Education and Training or similar

• Security clearance 

• Excellent communication skills
