Grade 4 FTE £23,500 - £23,893 Term Time + 5 days (Pro-Rata Starting Salary £20,190)

 

Crofton Academy are seeking to recruit a motivated and able Office/Attendance Administrator to provide an effective administrative service for both attendance and the wider Academy to enable the Academy to achieve the highest possible standards. The post holder will have experience in general administration along with great organisational and communication skills. The post holder will also be able to work flexibly both as part of a team and on their own initiative whilst providing administration support.

 

We require a candidate who can relate well to both parents and pupils and is committed to reducing persistent absence and improving overall attendance levels.

 

The successful candidate will have:

§ Good literacy and numeracy skills.

§ Confidence in having difficult conversations.

§ Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of data input and output.

§ Effective organisation and communication skills.

§ The ability to work on their own initiative, but also be able to work flexibly as part of a team.

 

The hours for this role are 8:00am until 4:00pm (3.30pm on Friday).
