We are looking for an experienced Admissions Officer who will also lead our efficient and highly motivated front of house administrative team. Managing the team, you will help us to continue to deliver an excellent experience for our staff, pupils, parents and visitors.
Playing an essential role in our wider support staff team you will report to the School Business Manager. We will look to you to manage the admissions process for pupils and students at all key stages. As Office Manager you will arrange staff induction and training, schedule staff workload and organise (and participate in) first aid cover.
To be successful, you will need to have a keen eye for detail, the ability to produce and develop clear, concise, accurate data and be confident in communications both orally and in writing. You will have a can do attitude and a commitment to meeting deadlines. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is an inspirational leader and is able to work under pressure with a wide range of people in a dynamic and exciting secondary school context.
We welcome applications from those with knowledge of school admissions - ideally with previous leadership experience in a school setting. We believe in developing our staff and have an energetic and supportive staff team and an effective CPD programme.
