Operations Manager

£40,609 - £44,824 per annum

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader as Operations Manager to support the students and its staff. The Carlton Academy is an oversubscribed 11-18 school striving to become outstanding in the near future. The school is part of the Redhill Academy Trust and work in close partnership with all academy operations teams under the guidance of the Director of Operations.

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to act as a strategic senior leader 

• Lead high quality resourcing, excelling in financial management and security

• Lead on HR, Health and Safety and site development across the school

• Lead all support staff
