We are a truly comprehensive school located in the heart of our community. There are high levels of respect, support and kindness across our staff team and senior leadership.

We are looking to appoint an experienced and qualified Outdoor Educational & Personalised Curriculum Leader to join our team at All Saints. The position will consist of teaching small groups of students at a variety of outdoor locations, combined with teaching in the classroom as well.

We welcome visits to the school prior to or after applications have been made.

You will be responsible for the management of our on-site Personalised Curriculum Programme and be absolutely committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable students. You will teach across the ability range under the overall direction and guidance of the Principal and those colleagues with senior and delegated leadership responsibility, particularly members of the Inclusion Team.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven ability to plan and deliver environmental education-based activities to a wide age range of children.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic and compassionate, able to engage with young people and build positive relationships. A resilient personality is a must, as are good communication skills.

The successful candidate will be required to have excellent Maths and English skills – equivalent to GCSE grade C or above. Previous experience teaching in a school setting is beneficial, but coaching children is essential. You may be a qualified teacher or have other experience of working in schools and / or other educational settings Our mantra, ‘High Expectations lead to High Achievers’ applies to everyone who is involved in the academy, whatever their role and we place a strong emphasis on staff well-being. This role will provide excellent preparation for Curriculum or Pastoral leadership within the next 3 to 5 years.

All Saints Church of England Academy was graded as a ‘Good’ Church School in our most recent SIAMS Inspection in November 2021, a judgement that affirms our journey of rapid school improvement.

Founded by a partnership between the Diocese of Salisbury and Ambitions Academies Trust in June 2019, All Saints values every child in a school community that is grounded in Christian values.

Pupils follow a broad and balanced curriculum to reach their full personal potential. All pupils can study the full EBACC curriculum and can access a range of high-quality vocational courses.
