The ContinU Plus Academy is an innovative and exciting Alternative Provision Secondary Free School based in Kidderminster. Our academy is now in its fourth year, and has achieved a Good grading in all categories at Ofsted. We think we are now outstanding.

We are a highly moral education provider for vulnerable and disengaged students in the Wyre Forest and Hagley area. All staff here are deeply committed to the wellbeing, safeguarding and academic progress of our pupils. We work together as a close-knit team to ensure pupils at our school receive high quality and bespoke educational provision. This is a very exciting time to join our school and make a substantial difference to the lives of our pupils.

We are seeking an Outdoor Education Learning Coach to support our teaching team. As a member of the Learning Coach team, the successful candidate will be required to support with learning across the school curriculum. 

Outdoor Education is a real strength of the school and we run a host of activities including mountain biking, canoeing and swimming. Experience of adventurous sporting activities coupled with a passion for the great outdoors and a commitment to disadvantaged students is a prerequisite for this position.
