We are looking for a PA and Consultant Central Support to assist the Secondary Lead Consultants by undertaking a range of clerical, administrative and general tasks within the Federation office, and provide them with comprehensive and confidential support. The role involves working with a wide range of contacts both across the Federation and externally. It is important that the post holder conducts the business of the Harris Federation in a professional manner and conveys a positive image of the Federation at all times.

Your Opportunity

Our central team consultants are senior, highly visible within the Federation, and play a key role in working with Principals and Senior Leadership teams to support and help improve departments within academies. As a consultant central support, you will have an extremely varied and multi-faceted role involving arange of clerical, administrative and general tasks within the Federation office, and provide them with comprehensive and confidential support. The role of Consultant Central Support is an exciting post providing enormous scope for a talented and resourceful person alongside a team of highly experienced and friendly consultant practitioners with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. The role would likely suit a proactive Administrator who has experience in supporting team function within the education sector.

The Harris Federation is a not-for-profit educational charity with almost 25 years of education experience in and around London. Our primary, secondary, all-through and sixth form academies have an international reputation for delivering a step change in education standards.
