Salary: £18,369 - £18,796 per annum
Hours: 36 hrs per week - 42 Weeks per year (Term-time + 4 weeks, the last 3 weeks of the summer holidays are essential)

Position
We are looking for a good communicator and outstanding organiser to provide secretarial and administrative support to our busy Head’s office.
In addition to possessing excellent organisational, IT, interpersonal and communication skills, the successful candidate must be confident, meticulous, numerate, methodical with the ability to plan and prioritise work in a fast paced environment.
You must be able to remain calm under pressure, show initiative, great attention to detail and maintain confidentiality with comprehensive understanding of GDPR.
Candidates must be team players and must demonstrate a pleasant and professional approach in dealing with students, staff, parents and visitors.
We have a vacancy at both schools so candidates must be willing to work in any of the schools as required.
