Salcombe is a highly acclaimed Preparatory School which provides an excellent co-educational education for children aged 3 - 11. Small class sizes ensure that pastoral care is excellent and that children reach their potential in all areas of the curriculum.
We are seeking a full-time, experienced and professional Personal Assistant to the Head and School Secretary.
This is an important role in the school involving direct contact as the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the School office. The Head’s PA/School Secretary therefore needs to be an emotionally intelligent and organised person who can prioritise effectively, display flexibility and remain calm under pressure.
The successful candidate must display attention to detail, be articulate and numerate and be able to demonstrate high standards of presentation, both verbal and written to reflect the nature of the school. Advanced Word, Excel, Access, Publishing, Outlook and Powerpoint skills will be essential.
