Would you like to work in an interesting and varied role offering support to our Deputy and Assistant Headteachers?   

The role will involve managing the diaries of the headship team, booking and servicing meetings, producing draft correspondence and reports. Reporting to the PA to Headteacher, you will also carry out research on behalf of the team, provide administrative support for school trips and be responsible for updating relevant information on the school’s website.  

As part of the Office Administration Team you will provide general administrative support under the direction of the Office Manager.  

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills, discretion, sound judgement and self-motivation. You will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, a keen eye for detail, outstanding IT literacy and be confident in interpreting data.  

You will be required to attend occasional evening meetings and other events which occur out-of-hours during term-time.  

This post is offered on a one year fixed term contract for maternity cover.  

Salary: Scale 5 (point 23 to 25) £25,233 - £26,659 pro-rata  

Hours: 35 hours a week Term time only (including 5 Inset Days) + 1 week (40 weeks per year)
