Job overview
We are looking for a part-time (afternoons only) KS2 Teacher for September 2018.
Kirton Primary School has been rated the best state-funded primary school in Lincolnshire by the Real Schools Guide, and is in the top 2% of schools for progress - for the second year running.
We are a dynamic, growing, village school, offering a multitude of career opportunities. We have won multiple awards, including Primary School Teacher of the Year 2017 and Finance Teacher of the Year 2017, and our unique Shop and Bank system has featured in national newspapers and on the BBC.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for exciting and engaging teachers with high aspirations for children and a belief that every child can achieve. We value the whole child and the whole curriculum.
We welcome applications from both experienced class teachers and those at the start of their career. If the successful applicant were to be an NQT, they would have the bespoke support of an experienced mentor.
We would provide a team of dedicated teaching assistants, and an excellent career development programme. Each year group is arranged in three, single-age, parallel classes, and teachers of the same year group take PPA time together to collaborate on planning, preparation and assessment.
Visits to the school are welcome.
For an application form or to book a visit, please contact Lisa Lea, School Administrator, on 01205 722236 or e-mail lisa.lea@parliamentfederation.co.uk.
