We require a talented and enthusiastic teacher of English to join one of the top performing schools in the local authority.  This post is temporary in the first instance and is an excellent opportunity for a successful teacher who is looking for a part-time teaching commitment.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated classroom practitioner with a clear sense of purpose and high expectations who is able to inspire students and work collaboratively as part of a successful team.  You should have experience of teaching English to all abilities across both key stages and have a good understanding of the requirements for the new GCSE.

Cardinal Newman Catholic High School is a mixed, non-selective, Roman Catholic, comprehensive secondary school, situated near Warrington in Cheshire. There are currently 815 students aged 11-16 on the school roll.
