PART TIME TEACHER OF MODERN FOREIGN LANGUAGES (0.5fte) Initially for 1 year with the possibility of a more permanent position MPS/UPS  (NoR 470 including 6th Form 72)

The Lakes School is seeking to employ a part time fixed term Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join the department from September 2018 initially for a year with the ability to teach Spanish with French up to GCSE.   

We are a high achieving, fully comprehensive school; a dynamic and innovative centre at the heart of the Lake District where all pupils have the opportunity to achieve within a caring, learning community.  

We are seeking an outstanding classroom practitioner to join our Modern Foreign Language department from September 2018 with the commitment and energy to inspire our students.  The successful candidate will be expected to teach across the ability and age range.  Student outcomes in Modern Foreign Languages are strong, and performance at A Level is particularly successful, with results frequently reaching above the national average.   

This post would suit an NQT, RQT or more experienced teacher.
