You will be required to work within the remit of the schools behaviour policy and procedure to improve levels of student behaviour, supporting the Assistant Headteacher and pastoral team.

You will need to be able to:

·To work as directed by the Assistant Headteacher (Relationships and Behaviour) to ensure all school pastoral systems work effectively. Ensure the consistency of processes and protocols across all year groups.

·To provide day-to-day coordination (under the general direction and guidance of the AHT- Relationships and Behaviour) of the Support for Success (S4S) resource in order to meet the expectations as set out in the school’s Relationships and Behaviour Policy.

•     Carry out the duties and responsibilities of the post, in accordance with the School’s Health and Safety Policy and relevant Health and Safety Guidance and Legislation.

•     Have excellent communication skills.

• Share in our vision for realising the life chances and dreams of every child.
