Aldercar High School is looking for a Pastoral Manager (Head of Year) to join a successful non-teaching team for September 2022.  

You will be an integral part of the support network for students, playing a vital role in building relationships, liaising with parents, carers and other professionals and external organisations. 

Experience of working within a pastoral role within a secondary school or similar setting would be advantageous but not essential.

This post is temporary for 1 year with the potential to become permanent.

Due to this post having access to children and/or vulnerable adults, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
