Job overview
Required as soon as possible, a Pastoral Mentor whose duties include facilitating the exceptional progress and supporting the well-being of any individual or group of students; providing guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters and to support individual students through a mentoring programme. The post will also require excellent communication with staff, professionals and parents to support student engagement, progress and attendance. This role requires supporting students in the Ashmole Learning Hub and includes minimal general cover supervision in addition to some clerical and administrative tasks.
