Shirley High School is seeking to appoint a Key Stage 3 Pastoral Support Assistant and a Key Stage 4 Pastoral Support Assistant, from September 2022.  We are looking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic individual to join our Pastoral team.  To provide support to students and parents / carers in terms of positive behaviour, attitude, attendance, physical wellbeing and pastoral care to enable students to make relevant progress and engage in their learning.

Previous experience of working with children (11-16) preferably in an educational setting is required.  The successful candidates will have a calm and tactful approach, ability to work to tight deadlines and be emotionally resilient.
