We have an exciting opportunity for a pastoral support assistant to join our committed and hardworking team at Great Yarmouth Charter Academy, supporting our students to achieve their full potential.
You will be an enthusiastic and inspiring practitioner, with recent experience of working with young people in one-to one and small group situations. Ideally you will have worked with students with special needs, although training will be provided as necessary.
You will be passionate about raising achievement through motivating and inspiring students, and keen to contribute to the school’s visions and values. You will need a minimum of GCSE grade C for English and maths or equivalent.
This role is initially based at the Great Yarmouth Charter Academy site on Thamesfield Way.
