We require a skilled individual to provide a key position within the school to support the Academy’s pastoral systems.

The role is multifaceted and will focus on pastoral development and wellbeing, behaviour and holistically act as a key driver for academic success. This involves being part of the team responsible for the oversight and management of behavioural and safeguarding systems for students. Liaising with key staff, pastoral and teaching teams the post-holder will assist in the provision of a quality service to support students on a day to day basis within the Academy.

You will need a passion for all aspects of the pastoral life within school and the ability to engage and inspire young people; possess excellent communication skills; have a calm manner and the ability to work accurately and with speed.
