Salary Scale: Grade 5 scale 19-22 (£21,074 - £23,111)
Actual Pro-rata Salary £16,313 - £17,890 Hours of Work: Mon – Friday 8.15am – 3.30pm plus (38 weeks – Term Time only) plus 18 hours (Teacher Days). 77.41% FTE

We are seeking to appoint a highly competent and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Worker to join our successful Inclusion team, ensuring the highest achievement and behaviour for students, particularly those experiencing challenges.
This is ideal for a person with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, someone who is capable of making a real difference in our school and who believes there are no limits to what our children can achieve. The role is highly rewarding and varied. You will support children of all ages overcome issues such as poor attendance, lack of self-esteem, behavioural and emotional difficulties or social and learning challenges. You will work with small groups and on a one to one basis, working closely with other professionals and liaising with parents and carers.
