We are looking to recruit a Pastoral Support Worker with Responsibility for Attendance to join us on our journey towards outstanding.  You will play a pivotal role in a committed team and make a real impact on the outcomes of our pupils by supporting vulnerable students and their families to ensure attendance and punctuality are above the national average, to drive forwards progress and attainment.  You will also help our pupils and families to access appropriate learning opportunities within and outside of the Academy.      

We place parents and carers at the heart of the school community. We hold regular courses and social events to benefit them such as English as a second language courses, IT literacy skills sessions and coffee mornings.

Ark Tindal Primary Academy is a high performing primary school with nursery situated in central Birmingham, with Key Stage 2 results consistently above national averages. and progress in the top 10% of schools nationally.
