We are seeking a full-time Pastry Chef to join our large and experienced team of Chefs who provide high quality cuisine in our busy catering department.
With over 800 students and staff to cater for on 7 days each week, together with many functions throughout the year, we pride ourselves on producing high quality international dishes with creation and flair, sourcing fresh, local ingredients wherever possible.
Experience of producing high volume, high quality desserts, pastries and cakes will be essential for this post, together with sound knowledge of food hygiene regulations and food production related health and safety.
Interviews for this post will include practical cooking tests to demonstrate ability. A competitive salary will be offered, dependent on qualifications and experience.
