The Vale Academy have a wonderful opportunity for an energetic and personable PE Teacher to join them and teach PE, Activities and Games across the Academy from Year 1 to Year 6. We are seeking to appoint a qualified or unqualified teacher who can introduce, support and inspire children in their physical development, co-ordination, teamwork and love of sport. 

This role is perfect for a new or experienced PE teacher from either Primary or Secondary teaching or coaching backgrounds. As well as teaching across all year groups and across a variety of sports/games, you will also be part of the wider Primary school teaching team, bringing the entire Primary Curriculum to life.


The successful candidate will:

· Have experience of coaching/teaching children in sporting activities 

· Be able to boast their skills and passion for a range of sports 

· Be able to physically demonstrate common PE skills and next steps to aid children’s progress in sports

· Be able to lead clubs and extra-curricular activities for the benefit of the children, helping our school to create teams ready for competition across the town.
