We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and well qualified teacher to teach all aspects of the PE curriculum, across the age ranges 11-18.
The successful candidate should have a proven playing background and be able to demonstrate the ability to coach to a high standard in both Hockey and Netball. The candidate would be expected to contribute towards the teaching of GCSE or A Level PE as well as a small amount of Yr3-6 PE. In order to be successful you should have a passion for sport and be able to lead School Teams to County or Regional level. You should also be flexible, adaptable, have good organisational skills, be a strong team player and be confident in the use of ICT.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to work in an inspirational team at a School that prides itself on its sporting activities. We have an extensive extra-curricular programme and there is an expectation that all members of the team will commit to this.
The role would suit either a recently qualified graduate (full NQT induction is available), or a more experienced teacher looking to develop his/her career in a flourishing department.
