Performing Arts Venue Technician
To start as soon as possible
37 Hours per week
Will include some occasional weekend and evening work.
Leighton Park School is looking to appoint a Performance Venue Technician to support and assist our Music (including Film) Dance & Drama departments and the School with any requirements for AV equipment, set, lighting and technical support. The Technician will ensure all areas within these departments and any events areas are prepared and ready for teaching or events to take place.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of the use of AV systems, knowledge of stage lighting and live sound as well as being able to support the use and general maintenance/repair of a wide range of equipment. The ability to assist with the design/build of stage sets is also desirable.
