Are you a committed, enthusiastic musician and teacher able to motivate and inspire students? Are you a piano specialist with experience of delivering engaging lessons to others?

We are looking for a peripatetic piano teacher for St Augustine’s School to deliver private piano lessons to our children. We are looking for a passionate individual who is holistic and flexible in their teaching practice. Our students need a teacher who can adapt to the needs of the students and has high expectations, whilst nurturing students musical aspirations and talent.

You will invoice parents directly for your services and you will be self-employed following our trust policies and procedures whilst on site.

3. Partnerships and out of the box thinking

We work closely with the Diocese of Middlesborough Teaching Alliance where we are a lead school along with supporting the Scarborough Teaching Alliance as a coastal partner. The North Yorkshire Coast Opportunity Area has brought new ideas and professional development opportunities across Whitby, Scarborough and Filey as we work together on the social mobility agenda.
