We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic colleague to work with our Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will be joining the school at an exciting time. Hampton High is a mixed comprehensive school, which was judged “good” by Ofsted in 2019. The school is now full throughout KS3 with a waiting list of families. We are committed to real inclusion and are proud of our newly opened Specialist Resource Provision for ASD students. We have recently joined Bourne Education Trust, which has a commitment to nurturing talented colleagues, and we offer a comprehensive programme of professional development for all staff. All visitors to our school comment on the high standards of behaviour, high levels of student engagement in lessons and the warmth and pride with which students talk about their school. We would encourage you to read our Ofsted report prior to making an application.

Should you wish to visit the school in advance of making an application, please contact the Headteacher’s PA on: Kirsty.martin@hamptonhigh.org.uk

There may be an opportunity to work across more than one school within the Trust.
