Finham Park School is the Lead School in the recently established Finham Park Multi Academy Trust. Primary and secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all.
Finham Park School was judged as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in 2015, for the second time. It is a Specialist College in Mathematics & Computing, a National Support School, and Leading Edge School. It is highly over-subscribed with a Sixth Form of over 300 students. We have recently become a “World Class” school – a place where all our students develop a love of “learning for life”.
The Governors are seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic Personalised Education Co-Ordinator. The successful applicant will join an established team who are committed to supporting the teaching staff to ensure that Finham Park students have the best educational “experience” possible. The role will support the classroom teacher with their responsibility for the development and education process, by using their best endeavours and specialist knowledge to provide care and supervision to young people, including those who fall within the four broad areas of need as described in the SEN Code of Practice September 2014.

- Social emotional and mental health difficulties
- Sensory and/or physical needs.

About Finham Park School
Finham Park is a popular and successful 11 -18 comprehensive school situated in the south west of Coventry. It has an excellent reputation within the local community as well as nationally and internationally. The school was re-accredited as a World Class School in July 2018.
