This role incorporates an administration role supporting the Director of Human Resources with that of clerk to the governing body. Both roles require a high degree of confidential administration, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and the confidence to build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation. Flexibility is required to accommodate the needs of the clerking role as meetings are held during the daytime as well as in the evening. Previous experience in either role is desirable, although training will be given.
Hours of work are 30 per week, term time only (38 weeks) - pro-rata salary approx. £11,320.
