Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a phonics intervention teacher to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a local primary school in Newcastle upon Tyne to begin in January 2018.

 

This average sized primary school is a strongly inclusive community school, with a governing body that is committed to promoting progression for their Teachers. The desired Intervention Teacher will be working with children who are extremely keen to learn, and their behaviour is outstanding. The school have also asked for the successful candidate to have experience using Read, Write Inc. and working across Early Years and KS1.

 

The successful Teacher will have an excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to plan innovative and engaging lessons that will meet the needs of children with a variety of abilities. Vision for Education is looking for exceptional candidates for the role of Intervention Teacher to meet our total commitment to our primary schools and the children they support. 

 

To be considered for the position of Intervention Teacher you must:

• Have experience teaching primary education at EYFS and Key Stage 1 level

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary Teachers

• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
