Physical Education Teaching Assistant

The Intercultural Program at Collegio San Carlo was the first bilingual program at Middle  and High school levels in a traditional Italian school (Grades 7 - 13). The students study about 50% of subject matter in English and P.E. is one of the subjects co-taught through English, on the basis of the Italian National Curriculum. 

The following qualifications, experience and skills are required:

• At least 2 years of teaching P.E. in Middle School 
• Bachelor’s in Education with specialism in Physical Education
• Recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE or similar) 
• Be an excellent team worker and open to assist and co-teach with an italian lead teacher following the Italian National Curriculum 
• Fluent English  Speaker 
• Knowledge of italian B2 level minimum 
• Must also hold an EU passport or valid working papers for Italy
