Science Teacher - Physics or Chemistry (Part-time likely 0.8, with some experience teaching Stage 6, 4.5 days)
Applications are invited from a passionate, motivated and experienced Science Teachers for part-time (0.8 FTE) work in 2019. Ideally, the candidate will have experience and specialisation in teaching Physics & Chemistry. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic classroom teacher, a collaborative practitioner and ready to contribute to the Science Department.
He/she will have a deep understanding of their subject with demonstrated success in teaching all levels of Year 7-12 classrooms.
The successful applicant will be able to inspire students to learn by differentiating the curriculum, using classroom strategies which encourage students to be independent and confident learners.
