We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated pastoral support manager and administrator to join our Post 16 team in September 2018. The role involves a broad range of administrative duties as well as pastoral and mentoring responsibilities and would suit someone committed to ensuring all Post 16 students feel effectively supported to meet their full potential.
You will be joining a team which prides itself on providing a caring atmosphere and raising aspirations. The successful candidate will have excellent Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be able to respond to challenges students face and offer a range of support for students. Previous experience of working in a school and an understanding of the university application process would be desirable.
We are an academy with Outstanding Leadership and Management at all levels within the school. (Ofsted 2010 & 2013 – overall effectiveness ‘Outstanding’).
Hours of work: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Term Time only, including Training Days. The salary is Grade 5, £21,074 - £26,470 pro rata.
