Premises Assistant

Full Time - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 44 weeks a year

The Koinonia Federation is formed of two schools, based over three campuses - St Mary Magdalene all through school on the Greenwich Peninsula, St Mary Magdalene Primary Campus in Woolwich and Christ Church Primary School in East Greenwich.

We are currently looking to appoint a Premises Assistant to work at our Woolwich primary campus on a full time basis.

The role will include:

• Supporting the Facilities Manager in his day-to-day work
• Opening and locking up the school premises
• Running programs, tests and inspections
• Litter picking/sweeping up
• Gardening, including weeding and maintenance of the plants/flowers
• Window cleaning
• Minor repairs where necessary
