Job overview

We are looking to recruit a Premises Manager on a full time permanent basis. The role will be based across our Lower and Upper School Sites. Hours of work are 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

 

The postholder will manage the premises budget, the work of the premises and lettings team and the Health & Safety Officer ensuring that the buildings and grounds of both sites of the school are maintained to a high standard, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation and managing building development projects for the school.


An enhanced DBS check will be required.
