Primary EYFS/KS1 Teacher

We are actively seeking for August 2022 a reflective EYFS/KS1 primary practitioner who is innovative, enthusiastic, highly motivated, committed to well-being and learning-focused.

Your position will be within the Early Years or KS1 where we work to inspire, excite and nurture children through a crucial stage of their development. We always have the well-being of the children at the heart of everything we do. At BSM we are passionate about play-based learning and use planning in the moment to identify the next steps in student learning. We follow the lead of the children, motivate them and use resources imaginatively to help them make connections with their learning. We provide a safe, secure and diverse environment for them to develop their personal, social and communication skills while recording observations and summarising their achievements.

• Contributing to the wider life of the school, including the broad co-curricular programme.
