Potter Street Academy is a fully inclusive school that believes in providing a stimulating and challenging curriculum for each and every one of its children.
We are looking to appoint an inspirational SENCO to lead our SEND and inclusion team as well as work alongside our Assistant SENCO at our partner primary school, Purford Green. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or SENCO to take the next step in their career,
The successful candidate will:
Have an excellent understanding of effective SEND provision across the primary school age
Be prepared to work with groups of children across the school, supporting teachers to meet their needs.
Be an exemplary classroom practitioner who has a proven track record in achieving outstanding progress for SEND pupils
Be able to contribute to the strategic planning for SEND provision across the school and trust
Have excellent communication skills to liaise with their team of staff, our primary leadership team as well as a wide range of outside agencies.
For the successful candidate we can offer:

A place on the Senior leadership team with the remit to ensure SEND pupils are taught effectively throughout the trust primary schools
