ABC teachers are looking to recruit a part time intervention teacher to work in Moseley on a long term basis. The role will be starting from February half term and will continue until Easter, April 2018. The role will be working across upper KS2 for 3 days per week and you will be responsible for effectively leading small intervention groups to focus on mostly maths and literacy.

The Head teacher is looking for a qualified teacher who can encourage positive behaviour for learning and who can make learning interesting and challenging for all pupils. You will have a firm but fair approach and you will be consistent in maintaining standards across the school. You will make a noticeable difference with learning and attainment within the classroom and you will be a strong team player to liaise effectively with the class teachers. 

The role will be working Monday – Wednesday and will continue on a temporary basis until Easter.

What to do next:

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce. You will need to pay for this upfront, but once you are fully registered, have uploaded this onto the Update Service and have worked 1 full day with us then we will reimburse you the cost. At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you. 

We will need to gain academic references to cover the last 12 months, one of which must be a school based reference. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
