As part of an ever growing Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust, each individual Academy provides an integral part of an organisation driving to achieve excellence for education, across every site and for each of the communities they represent.   Cooperation between member schools is at the forefront of creating successful practices across the Trust and this collaboration enriches staff and students alike.  Currently we are expanding into the Louth area of Lincolnshire.  We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Development opportunities

Pilgrim Academy prides itself in providing career progression opportunities for staff of all levels and experience. A number of pastoral and curriculum management roles are currently held by former NQTs, who began their teaching careers at the academy.   CPD is an integral part of our Vision, with regular training opportunities for all staff.

Our facilities

Staff benefit from  modern pc work stations and a recently refurbished staff room.  Investing in new facilities and resources is at the forefront of the academy's priorities and as part of this commitment, classrooms have recently been fully refurbished.
