Job overview

Due to the retirement of the existing Principal after 15 years' service at the school, the Governors wish to appoint an oustanding leader as Principal.  The school is a standalone academy that enjoys membership of the Penhill Trust, a collaborative network of five schools in close proximity.

The new Principal will have the chance to lead an oversubscribed school with enthusiastic students, a dedicated staff and supportive Governors.

As an existing Headteacher or an outstanding and ambitious Deputy with substantial experience of school leadership, you will have the creativity, drive and ambition to lead our school.  You will possess the leadership qualities and flair to make great things happen that will take the school to the next level.
