The Portsmouth and Winchester Diocesan Academies Trust (www.pwdat.org) is seeking to appoint a Principal for St. Columba Church of England Primary Academy. The Academy is based in Fareham, Hampshire and is unique in hosting a 10 place Development Assessment Resourced Provision for EYFS/KS1 pupils with language delay or developmental delay in more than one area. 

The Trust is seeking an effective, committed and passionate leader with proven experience in transformational school improvement, who will work in partnership with the Trust to accelerate the progress of the academy. The Trust, together with the academy, offers spacious and well-equipped facilities, excellent support and dedicated and caring staff and children. The Trust has restructured local governance at the academy and the new local governing body is an exceptional team, focussed on achieving the best possible outcomes for all children.
