Bonus Pastor Catholic College is seeking to appoint an inspirational Principal to lead the school beyond Outstanding as we start our journey as a founding school of the St Benedict Catholic Academy Trust.

 Bonus Pastor Catholic College is an award-winning 11-16 mixed Catholic school with a warm and caring ethos where every student is known and loved. We have a long history of excellent GCSE results and in October 2023 we were graded as ‘Outstanding’ in all categories by Ofsted. We were also awarded ‘Outstanding’ in our Catholic Schools Inspection in January 2024.

Our excellent teachers know their students well and ensure that their learning is carefully personalised. Bonus Pastor is visionary, innovative and research engaged. Teaching and learning are at the heart of everything we do and our curriculum is broad and balanced, ensuring that our students have the very best outcomes.
