Tes is excited to be working with Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta in assisting their search for the next Principal of CathWest Innovation College to commence in January 2023.


CathWest offers exciting opportunities and flexible pathways for students by inquiry-based learning or through trade training. Students can obtain their HSC while getting a head start in their chosen career. Professional mentoring, industry partnerships, work placements and recognised qualifications support this learning.


We seek an innovative leader who can continue to bring to life an exciting vision of contemporary learning, execute the strategic direction of the College, and deliver strong outcomes for students, all embedded within a Catholic world view. The successful candidate will be able to bring innovative thinking into action and build a community where everyone feels welcomed, valued and confident.
