Due to the promotion of the current Principal within The Heath Family (NW) MAT the governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational leader to build upon existing achievements and lead the future development of this growing school.

This is your opportunity to have a significant impact upon our amazing children and families by ensuring the highest standards of education leading to achievement for all. 

We require a strategic leader who has the vision, integrity and interpersonal skills to lead our school as we seek to grow the school to greater achievements. 

A full package of induction and support will be provided for the successful candidate by the Executive Principal. The Executive Principal is currently responsible for Bridgewater Park and another Trust schools and will support the new Principal through the induction process. The Executive Principal’s arrangements are expected to cease following the completion of the induction process.
