The Governing Board of Baleares International College, Mallorca is looking for an exceptional School Principal to lead and inspire the school in the next stage of its development.

We are seeking an inspirational and engaging leader able to drive continual improvement and the delivery of high quality education to all students across the school.

Alongside other senior colleagues, stakeholders, and executives, you will be responsible for the school's development plan and vision, to ensure all actions and outcomes are owned and actioned, and all pupils and staff are empowered to excel and surpass expectations.

The role requires an individual who can successfully motivate and manage staff by delegating responsibility, setting clear expectations and targets and evaluating staff performance against them. It is a job which requires an impactful presence in school and in the local community, to develop and promote the school's brand, reputation, and service offering.

About the School

Baleares International College ( ) is the largest British Curriculum School in Mallorca providing education based on the English National Curriculum to over 460 students (from 3 to 18 years) in Sa Porrassa, a very accessible but beautiful area adjacent to the South West coast of Mallorca. We are accredited by the Spanish Ministry of Education based upon inspection and recommendation by the British Council and are a founding member of the National Association of British School in Spain (NABBS). The school is also a member of COBIS, the Council of British International Schools.

The school is approved and registered by the Cambridge and Edexcel Examination Boards for iGCSE and A-Levels. Many of our students achieve outstanding results and go on to study in the world's top universities.
