Job overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead our team of Higher Education Equine teaching staff. The successful candidate will have a passion for the delivery of a high quality learning experience and the ability to inspire staff and students to reach their full potential.
You will hold a higher degree (minimum of Level 7) in equine sciences or related discipline, have experience of the Equine industry and ideally have prior teaching experience within the Higher Education sector. In addition, you will have completed, or be working towards, a nationally recognised teaching qualification and accreditation with the Higher Education Academy. Formal training including HEA accreditation will be provided to any successful candidate that does not possess a teaching qualification.

Following a sustained programme of investment in our equine facilities, in addition to a further £30 million investment across the campus, we boast a fantastic range of facilities which regularly attract local, national and international competition riders.
