Job overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and friendly team within the Faculty of Learning and Support Faculty. Successful applicants are likely to have had experience of working with young people with learning, emotional and behavioural difficulties and must be committed to outstanding teaching and learning.
We are looking for a forward-thinking and highly motivated Programme Leader and Tutor to teach on our Paths 2 programme and teach on a range of Foundation Learning courses across a range of levels. You will be expected to undertake teaching and tutoring roles, assist with curriculum development and market and promote courses.
You will have recent teaching experience and hold a relevant degree, teaching qualification and be able to demonstrate significant successful experience of teaching with SEN students. A flexible approach, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are required. You will need to be a sound communicator, your administrative skills will be strong, along with good problem solving skills and you will be an effective team player.
