We are seeking a motivated and reliable team-player to join our highly successful, established team of Progress Coaches. Responsible for a number of tutor groups and offering 1:1 guidance, you will be monitoring the academic progress and supporting the onward progression and broader College experience of an assigned group of KS5 students, helping them to achieve to their maximum potential. Prior knowledge and experience of working with young people aged 16-18 is preferable, as are excellent interpersonal skills.
To be successful, you will have excellent communication and administrative skills and a proactive working style, and will be adaptable, flexible, and enthusiastic. Long Road is a thriving, successful post 16 Sixth Form College with 2,400 students on roll, in post-16 studies. Conveniently located close to the M11 and A14, within easy reach of several areas of outstanding natural beauty and the Norfolk Suffolk coast, the college is set next to the Biomedical Campus in its own attractive grounds in the beautiful, thriving and expanding Bio/Technical city of Cambridge.
