Job overview

The college is looking to recruit into the role of Progress Coach within the Wellbeing Team.  This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join the team responsible for high quality delivery of support services via the Student Wellbeing Hub situated within the main college campus, along with effective remote support services for those studying in other settings.  The successful applicant will have the opportunity to play an essential role in helping students to become ready for work and life, through direct support interventions both in one to one and group settings, and through direct support to curriculum colleagues engaging in strategies to enable students to succeed and achieve.  

Successful applicants should have the ability to engage with a diverse range of students, internal colleagues, and external professionals, to ensure that our students receive the appropriate level of support to enable them to achieve their learning aims.
